The Team

Tord has 25 years of experience of international business development. Since 1997 Tord has been leading start-up and change processes in Europe, Eastern Europe and in the Middle East.
 
Some of the projects Tord has been involved in are:

• Asset management for Fu-Gens´s assets. 
• Asset management for EnBW Sverige assets. 
• Asset Management for some of Sweden's biggest financial investors in wind power, with 111 MW installed capacity divided on 8 wind farms.  
• Established Gamesa as a supplier of wind turbines in Sweden, established a partnership between Gamesa and Triventus concerning operation and maintenance of Gamesa wind turbines in the Nordic region. The partnership gives Gamesa a highly experient technical partner in the Nordic area and enables Gamesa to operate in the Nordic market.
• Leading the sales organization for Vestas in the Nordic area, from sales of single wind turbines to sales of multi MW wind farms. Regaining Vestas position as market leader in the Nordic area in terms of order intake and installed MW
• Established Gamesa as a supplier of wind turbines in Sweden, established a partnership between Gamesa and Triventus concerning operation and maintenance of Gamesa wind turbines in the Nordic region. The partnership gives Gamesa a highly experient technical partner in the Nordic area and enables Gamesa to operate in the Nordic market. 

Sara holds a Bachelor in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Gothenburg. Sara is an appreciated coach with many years experience of individual and group coaching.
